Rebecca has over half a decade of teaching experience in both public and private K-12 schools in Texas & California. In addition to being a classroom instructor, Rebecca served as a Center Director for Head Start and mentored new teachers. Currently, she is a University Supervisor for post-baccalaureate students in their student teaching at California State University: East Bay.
Rebecca believes in giving back to the community and does this by staying active in campus life both at USF & California State East Bay. She serves as the USF Chapter President of the Phi Delta Kappa International Honor Society and as a Student Ambassador for the School of Education. Also, she is the Secretary for the California Faculty Association at California State: East Bay.
In addition to giving back to the community, she is passionate about all things Edtech! She is learning more and more about educational technology each day as Rebecca is earning her Doctorate in Organization and Leadership with a Concentration in Digital Technologies for Teaching & Learning.
